All orders are sent from the Scorpia Studio in Devon, England via the Royal Mail. Delivery time may vary over bank holiday and public holiday periods or as a result of Royal Mail Strikes. We try to keep customers informed via our social media and on our website when these periods occur, but please be aware that this may impact delivery time and is beyond our control.

UK Standard Delivery 

We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within 7 days, although this may be longer over public holiday periods or during Royal Mail strikes. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please email support@scorpiaswimwear.com 

Delivery outside of the UK

We deliver Worldwide!

All orders are sent out from the UK with Royal Mail. Delivery options and costs will be calculated at the checkout before you complete your order.

Please Note – for deliveries outside of the UK, you may be charged an import tax upon delivery of your order. This is not a charge made by Scorpia and we do not receive this money – import taxes are a separate charge collected by your country’s government. To understand what import tax and charges may be associated with your order, we strongly recommend that you contact your country’s customs office in advance of placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on our products within 28 days of delivery providing they are unused and in their original condition with all labels and packaging still attached.

To make a return, please email support@scorpiaswimwear.com with your order details (order number, date of order, reason for return and original delivery address). We will then respond within 48 hours and advise on how to return your parcel. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 days.  

Please note – returns are not free and all refunds exclude original delivery costs. Partial order returns are not accepted for FESTIVEFUN discounted orders. When returning your order, we recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.
